About the owner
Devin McCormick is the owner and CEO of Quiktel Communications. He has been in the telecommunications industry for over 13 years and brings his passion for technology and expertise in communications to each of Quiktel’s clients.
Devin began his career at SpyGlass, a Telecom Expense Management company in Cleveland, Ohio, where he first learned about the multitude of ways to save money in telecommunications. From there he joined DaVita, a national Kidney dialysis provider in Denver, Colorado. At DaVita Devin managed over 12,000 cellular lines of service daily and participated in projects to roll out over 3,000 Cradlepoints and 3,900 iPads. Devin gained extensive experience in large-scale management and successfully deployed services at an enterprise level. Those skills brought him to his next role at Connected Solutions Group (CSG) where he led multiple large-scale tablet and POTS replacement deployments, signal enhancement projects, and fixed wireless access rollouts. He was fortunate enough to work with many businesses nationally, ranging from mom-and-pop shops to full sized enterprises. This experience was invaluable to Devin because it showed him how a small company like CSG can have a huge impact for the businesses they serve. Inspired, he started Quiktel Communications so he can have an even greater positive impact on his clients today and into the future.
Devin has a Bachelor of Science in Information and Telecommunication systems from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Information Systems with a focus on Enterprise Technology Management from the University of Colorado Denver. Devin lives in Denver with his wife Brittany and enjoys skiing, traveling, mechanics, and carpentry.

About the owner
Hi! I’m Devin McCormick, owner of Quicktel Communications. I’ve been in the telecommunications industry for over 13 years, and I’m excited to bring my expertise and passion for service to you through honest and independent recommendations for your business communication needs. I have the expertise to know what is needed, but possibly more importantly, what you have today that is not needed to run your business successfully while saving money.
I’ve always had a passion for technology, but my formal education at Ohio University enabled me to begin a career in a field that I love. In 2010 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems. Shortly after I began to work as an Analyst and Implementation Manager for SpyGlass, a Telecom Expense Management company out of Cleveland, Ohio. In those roles I learned about the multitude of ways to save money in telecommunications. Big providers often charge for services that aren’t active, tack on extra fees, improperly bill for existing services, and raise rates for no apparent reason. I can find these issues and eliminate them, saving your business lots of money along the way.
In 2013 it was time for some change in my life. My girlfriend at the time, now my wife, and I decided to move to Denver, Colorado to enjoy a different type of lifestyle than what Cleveland could provide. There are more mountains in Denver, but unfortunately fewer boats. In preparing for the move I was able to secure a job at DaVita, a national Kidney dialysis provider headquartered in Denver. While in that role I managed over 12,000 lines cellular lines of service on a daily basis, and participated in projects to roll out over 3,000 Cradlepoints and 3,900 iPads. This role taught me how to successfully manage and deploy services at an enterprise level. If your business has large scale management and deployment needs, I can help! While at DaVita I was fortunate enough to be sponsored for additional education in my field. I attended The University of Colorado Denver between 2015 and 2017, where I received a Master of Science in Information Systems with a focus on Enterprise Technology Management. The completed coursework helped me gain a better understanding of how enterprises evaluate, select, manage, and support the technology required for their business. These skills were important at DaVita, but they also helped me be successful in my next role in sales. And I can put them to work for you too!
In 2019 I moved on from DaVita to begin a remote opportunity with Connected Solutions Group (CSG), out of Mechanicsville, VA. They needed someone with a healthcare background to help them sell their cellular-focused services and devices to the medical field nationally. I was able to hit the ground running since I had a lot of experience with the types of projects and solutions that their clients needed. Additionally, they were bringing a POTS replacement solution to market at that time, and they selected me to lead the charge of the sales and management functions of that solution. While working for CSG I led multiple large-scale tablet and POTS replacement deployments, signal enhancement projects, and fixed wireless access rollouts. I was fortunate enough to work with lots of businesses nationally, ranging from mom-and-pop shops to full sized enterprises. This experience was invaluable to me because it showed me how a small business like CSG can have a huge impact for other businesses. It inspired me to start my own business so that I can have an even greater positive impact for my clients today and into the future.
In 2024 I started Quiktel Communications to help businesses manage the complex, and often frustrating processes required to effectively manage their communications needs. Quiktel has formed partnerships with entities that provide telecommunications services nationwide and can facilitate deployments of any size efficiently, accurately, and quickly. I’m thrilled to be able to bring my expertise and resources to the table, and to assist businesses like yours with communication services, support, installation, deployments, and special projects!
